TRAILER REPAIRS

  • Rust converted and painted

  • New brakes installed

 

EXTERIOR SEALING AND INSULATION

  • All new window and door seals

  • Fully refurbished windows: degraded internal film removed and resealed

  • Clear Flexiseal on roof to prevent leaks

  • Blue seal spray on exterior walls

  • Rigid insulation panels sealed in place as a vapour barrier walls

  • Sloped drainage channels and vents at bottom of wall cavities allow any moisture to escape and reduce floor rot and mold; our 3D printed caps with an integrated mesh to keep bugs out

  • Floor cavity insulated with rigid offcuts and filled with spray foam

 

EXTERIOR FINISH

  • One consistent polished finish

  • Not removing all the scratches and blemishes
